Pumpkin Cutout Box - Silhouette Cameo Freebie

Pumpkin Cutout Treat Boxes

Hey, guys! I'm so excited to share these little treat/trinket boxes with you. I added little window sheets behind the pumpkin 'windows' and filled my boxes with treats. I'll be passing these out to adults at Halloween parties next month, and on Monday I'll be releasing a file to go with this one that I'll be handing out to the kiddos! These assemble very quickly and easily- you just need to fold along all perforation lines and then one tab gets a hit of adhesive. The rest is just folding up the ends! Thanks for visiting and downloading : ) Be sure to come back soon for more fun freebies! And by soon I mean Monday! Download: PumpkinCutoutTreatBox.zip

Webby Cupcake Toppers

Cupcakes should be a category in life. Cupcakes are yummy to eat. They're fun to decorate with. They're fun to decorate. They're fun to draw. They're fun to wear. Cupcakes are the best! Cupcake toppers go a long way in pulling together party themes. I hope you guys like these spooky, Halloween-themed topper designs I came up with. And don't forget to grab the Batty Cupcake Toppers set from last week, too! Download: WebbyCupcakeToppers.zip

The Red Pumpkin Truck

Hi, Silhouetters! I had to make my own version of an iconic American Autumn image. Whether photographs or clip art, in a frame or on a sign the old red pickup full of seasonal goodies is always a favorite. I've wanted to draw up an Echoia original of this cutie for a long time, I'm really happy I finally got around to it : ) I hope you guys like it, happy Autumn and be sure to keep checking back- there are more freebies already on their way! Let Me Autumn

It's the first day of Fall. Guys. I didn't even plan for this. As a planner and designer, I'm programmed to think ahead. Some people don't like this and they complain, oh, it isn't even the end of Summer yet! Don't tell me about Christmas and Pumpkins! But I can't help it. I am looking forward almost all of the time- it doesn't mean I don't enjoy where I am and what is around me. I look forward to next summer each summer. It's kind of silly, but it's important to me to be prepared. It's also important for this project that I plan and think ahead in this way. This can be kind of lonely. When you have a Christmas set completed in July? Well,...

Batty Cupcake Toppers

Hey, guys! Can you believe I designed these before Easter? I wouldn't have believed it myself, but that's a big part of the fun of design! Design what you want when you want, and the time to use it will come around. The 'Boo' topper features orange-iced doughnuts with bat sprinkles. Too much? What's too much? I hope you like them, and check back next week- there's a different set of Halloween cupcake toppers coming up : ) Download: BattyCupcakeToppers.zip

Spider Dangling from Web

My whole life, it seems it falls to me to be the resident destroyer of spiders. They don't bother me much: if they're not going to kill me, then I'd just rather let them be, but arachnophobia is rampant. Kind of weird, considering the fear seems most prevalent in males in my life and they also seem to be Spider-Man fans... I mean, how're you gonna mutate if you don't get bit?! Until they come to their senses, it'll be strictly catch-and-release around here. And also some little spider doodles. Happy Halloween, and happy crafting : ) Download: WebbySpider.zip

Pumpkin Spice and Now I’m Nice

Hey, Silhouetters! I'm so happy it's FALL! I've probably told you this before, but years back I hated everything PUMPKIN! Yuck! I'd lived in warmer climates my whole life, and when I moved to Utah the fact that it had four proper seasons was completely foreign to me. After a year or so of constantly being offered pumpkin this and pumpkin that I decided to give it another chance. I got started with pumpkin chocolate chip cookies, if I recall correctly, and I was HOOKED! Some things I still can't get on board with (Pumpkin Pie?! Ew!), but pumpkin muffins, breads and other sweets I'm usually down to try! I want to put this design on a wood sign. Hopefully I can find the time...

Silhouette Batty Moon

I have a seven year old, so I want to get into the spooky, Halloween spirit- but I also don't want blood and guts and gore all over my house. So! Illustrator to the rescue. Now I can be fun, friendly and festive. Bill fit. Problem solved. I hope you guys enjoy this free file. It's ready to be cut in two ways, one version has the moon as a solid shape with the bats and tree cut out of the blue square so the moon shows through, and the other one is the reverse of that with the blue a solid shape and the tree and bat cut outs being deducted from the moon. You'll understand when you open it! Download: SilhouetteBattyMoon.zip

Make Your Own Banners in Silhouette Studio

Hey, Guys! I wanted to share a quick tutorial. I want to do more short tutorials like this going forward. I forgot one step at 0:37ish, double-click on that rectangle, then click along the right side between the top and bottom anchor points to add a new point, which you then nudge to the left to create the cut end. Thanks for watching and visiting : ) I love this community!

Enjoy The Sweet Life Cookie

Did you download the original, donut-version of Enjoy the Sweet Life? I'm a sweets fan, and when I'm trying not to eat them I seem to end up drawing them a little more often. It seemed only fair to create a pink-frosted-sugar-cookie version of this sweetie freebie! I'm a pink fan, but if you're not, the file is fully editable vector, so feel free to recolor to your heart's desire : ) Download: EnjoyTheSweetLifeCookie.zip

Pumpkin Spice Up Your Life

So... confessions time. This freebie might have come to me while driving through the desert making the kids listen to the Spice Girls. I mean, look,  I'm not proud of it- they're not exactly my jam. But they (the kids, that is, not the Spice Girls) made me sit through a 'Diary of a Wimpy Kid' movie (which, in fairness, the youngest only wanted to go to because he thought it was called 'Diarrhea Wimpy Kid'), and in that movie a mom and dad take 3 boys across country in the family van. During the trip, the parents put on Wannabe, and since I knew we had a road trip coming up, mom, Dad and 3 boys in the back, I made a mental note...

Trick or Treat

Hey, Guys! I'm a bit of an intense Trick or Treater, and I'm pretty sure my son has inherited the quality. Otherwise, I've never been a super big fan of Halloween (I know, shame on me). I pretty  much have always tried to put together a costume as inexpensively as I can so that the candy haul is all profit. But before you judge me too harshly, try to remember- you're here for freebies ; ) Yeaaaaah, I got ya with that one! I had to include an iconic Halloween treat in this one, Candy Corn! My mom sang the praises of candy corn when I was a kid, and though it's a little sweet for me (and that's saying something!), it's still so fun and cute...

Holly Jolly Coffee

This is one of my favorite designs. I popped this on a new mug as soon as it was designed. I just REALLY love it. For my own mug I did drop the travel cup from the design and scale up the ‘Holly Jolly’ simply because I put it on a small mug and I wanted […]

Jingle Bells

Merrrrrr-rrryyyy Christmas! Jingle Bells is always going to be one of my favorite holiday songs. It’s so easy for the kids to get into the chorus, and the verses have a nice melody that’s enjoyable to sing. And now, as an adult, as is so often the case, my childhood favorites influence my design work. […]

Tis the Season

What can I say? I love understated holiday designs. And overstated holiday designs. And CHRISTMAS! But more understated designs are more versatile, because I’m comfortable incorporating them into my Thanksgiving décor and keeping them up past the new year and until it’s time to put out Valentine’s décor. I hope you enjoy this new freebie […]

Red Christmas Tree Truck

This is a sequel to The Red Pumpkin Truck, of course! A favorite holiday season image for me, I’ve wanted to create my own cut file for it for quite a while. I finally got around to it, and I love it! I wanted the tree to have lights because it just adds a little […]

Hug in a Mug

Hot chocolate! Mugs! Red! Twinkle lights! It’s December, and I love it <3 Do I love everything?! I wanted to say something like, ‘December is one of my favorite months!’ which would include October and September, then also February, maybe November… ! haha. I like being alive and experiencing everything. I love being inspired. I […]

Dashing Through The Snow

As a kid, Jingle Bells was my favorite Christmas carol. It’s not much surprise that the lyrics are inspiring my Silhouette designs this season! As usual, this file is a fully layered, fully editable vector design so you can change it around, recolor, scale it etc. Have fun with it and don’t forget to download Jingle […]

Jingle All The Way Silhouette Cameo Christmas Freebie

Jingle All The Way

It’s time for merriment and cheer and jingle bells! Or at least a jingle bell? In the preview for this freebie I’ve cut “Jingle” in half so that it’s layered over top and bottom and allowing the bell to ‘hang’ on it. The file is uncut so that you can edit and layer it as […]

HoHoHo Merry Christmas

I designed this in July. July. Do you know how HOT it is in July? Do you know how very un-Christmas that heat feels? I think words like ‘Ooof’ and ‘Uhhhnnnngggg’ cover it pretty well. But the days pass, and Christmas is going  to come, and since this design was so clear in my head before […]
